It finally got here! Since September Ashton had been asking if it was time to go trick or treating, that doesn't make for a long wait now does it? Well I was so excited on Wednesday to tell him the day had finally come! The plan was for my Red Samauri Power Ranger and Cinderella to go trick or treating with everyone, but not before a last minute change in costume. Aunt Amber sent an adorable Tinker Bell costume complete with light up shoes and wings to Reese and despite the fact that she was already dressed up as Cinderella she decided she wanted to wear the new costume; however, she did not want to take off her Cinderella costume....our solution? Tinkerella! Tinker Bell costume on top of Cinderella....and I must say she was a beautiful Tinkerella! We started trick or treating around 6:45 and the kids lasted a lot longer than I had anticipated...Reese was done at 8 and Ashton went just 15 minutes longer. They got a lot of loot and had a great time! Meanwhile, Mr. Eli slept in Mommy and Daddy's room to avoid the constant door belling ringing and knocking. It was a great night and we were so lucky to have Mo, Mimi, Grandpa and Molly all here to enjoy it with us.
We were trying to get Reese to put the wings on, thankfully big brother was there to show her how they worked....
